The wedding would be on Saturday 7/19/08
We like the location of Tahiti We will go with suggested times from you, but the later in the afternoon the better. The exact location in Tahiti o, if possible, would be the location pictured in the pineapple princess pictures, where you can see the tress, mountain, ocean and what looks like and island. It looks like it would provide shade for out guests, which is preferred.
What I would want….
The fabric/Bamboo canopy (haven’t decided on colors yet)
chairs with covers and a flower (estimating 10 chairs, don’t know exact number yet)
flowers scattered down the sand in the isle
bridal bouquet

If I could fit it into my budget I would also like……

Maybe you could provide me with two different quotes, one with the would likes and one without. I am flexible on many things, my primary concern is of course my budget.
Is it okay if I invite my own minister to perform the ceremony?
Another question I have for you is, if the ceremony time is at 3pm, how long would you say until we are completely done with everything. I would probably want to go eat dinner afterward, so I am looking for the appropriate time line as to when I can make dinner reservations.
